Yummy, yum, yum! The second I pulled these cookies out of the oven,
I knew they were going to be delicious.
They turned out to be even more delicious than I expected
...especially warm and gooey right out of the oven!
I spotted this recipe a while ago on Cookies and Cups
and have been thinking about it ever since.
I mean what could be better than chocolate chips combined with Andes Mints?!
These cookies made the perfect Christmas evening treat!
