Lil' Aprons

You know how I love mini things?
 Mini-cupcakes....mini- brownie bites... everything mini..even mini-aprons!
I put these adorable mini-aprons together for the little kiddos at HOPE School.
The aprons are pretty cute, but how about the kiddo inside the apron!
Oh, yes...they can also double as paint shirts!  So versatile :)
Thanks for stopping by!

Double Chocolate Mint Chip Cookies!

Yummy, yum, yum!
The second I pulled these cookies out of the oven,
I knew they were going to be delicious
They turned out to be even more delicious than I expected
...especially warm and gooey right out of the oven!
I spotted this recipe a while ago on Cookies and Cups
and have been thinking about it ever since.
I mean what could be better than chocolate chips combined with Andes Mints?!
These cookies made the perfect Christmas evening treat!

A Christmas Special

Snowflake Peppermint bark!  Yum.  Yes, it's pretty yummy stuff...and so easy to make!  If you can push microwave buttons you can make it!

Phew! Oh and Merry Christmas!

All the Christmas cookies have been baked, decorated, packaged up all pretty, delivered, and are likely being munched on as I type...well, they're at least being gobbled down by those of you who like to eat cookies for breakfast...like me :)  Merry Christmas everyone!!

Ho, Ho, Ho!

Okay, there are no Santa cookies in this post, but "Ho, Ho, Ho!" was the first Christmasy title that came to mind.  I made these festive holiday cookies for the December staff meeting at Empowering, Inc. Services.

May Your Days Be Merry and Bright!

I just shipped a whole box of holiday cookies off to Kansas City, Kansas!  I just love how biscuit cutters make those cute scalloped edges!  Too bad I'm in the middle of finals and can't just bake the days away!
