Too Yummy!
Well, the brownie bits with raspberry buttercream that I made the other day were just too yummy, so I had to make them again! Plus, I had a dinner party to attend that they were prefect for. Plus, I had some delicious raspberries left over. Yummy, yummy...just as good the second time!

Itty Bitty Cupcakes & Kickball
What's the perfect compliment to kickball?! Well, mini-cupcakes of course. Mission Possible held the 2nd annual kickball tournament this weekend to raise money for our service work in Central America. Kickball provides the perfect distraction from the craziness of law school.

Healing Hearts Northwest
Flashback to the first official cookies from Jujubee's Bakery! As I mentioned in that first post, my aunt and uncle are part of an organization, called Healing Hearts Northwest, that does medical missions to Rwanda. They perform dozens of much needed heart surgeries each year and work with the local community to build their medical programs. I brought back the Rwandan flags, Africas with the heart over Rwanda, and the swirly hearts for a fundraiser they're having this weekend. They put so much work into fundraising to make sure they can continue to help the people of Rwanda, so I'm more than happy to make them cookies any time they need.
I think the flags turned out mucho better this time. The lines are much straighter and much more precise. I also decided to line the Africa cookies with color, instead of white this time, which I'm happy with. It's kind of funny...if you look at the Africa cookies for too long, they start to look like Great Lakes....hehe (Can you tell I've stayed up way too late baking?!). The trickiest part of this whole order was definitely getting all the cookies to look cute in one big box.

Brownie Bits with Raspberry Buttercream
Aren't these the cutest little things you've ever seen?! They're just the perfect little bit size treats! I was inspired to make these after my friend, Danielle, brought some delicious little brownie bites to work on Wednesday. I added some chocolate chips to my favorite brownie recipe and then topped them off with raspberry buttercream frosting. The raspberry on top added the perfect tart contrast. And of course, I have to thank my padre for the cute round biscuit cutters that made these treats the perfect size and shape.

Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure
This weekend I will be walking 60 miles...20 miles for 3 days in a row. I will be sleeping in a pink tent in the middle of a sea of 1,500 other pink tents. I will be wearing nothing but pink clothing....pink shorts, a pink shirt, pink leg warmers, pink sunglasses, and a pink boa (Thanks, Dad!). I can't wait!!! The Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure is an amazing event! It is so inspiring to join with so many other people who are willing to do so much to put an end to breast cancer. My teammates have done an amazing job fundraising and preparing and I wanted to do something fun for them, so guess what? I made cookies!
I tried a few different versions of the ribbon. I like the one in the top left corner the best, so I think I'll probably stick with that version next time. At the end of the first day of walking, I'm going to give each member of my team a bag of cookies as a congratulations for knocking out that first day of walking.
Team Child Thank You's

I was asked to make some cookies for the non-profit I worked at last summer, TeamChild. The staff attorney there had an opportunity to meet with some members of the local community and wanted a unique...and yummy...way to thank them for their time. Jujubee's Bakery to the rescue! As you can see below, I added the TeamChild logo to a second tag to add a little flair. Each little box has three sugar cookies in it...aren't they cute?!
Happy Birthday, Amy!
On Monday, HOPE School, a non-profit pre-school for children with hearing loss, celebrated their wonderful teacher's birthday! For the big event, I whipped up some scrumptious chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Check out these cute little kiddos!

Lakeside Picnic
I made these cookies a couple of months ago for a picnic that my grams and gramps were attending. I finally remembered to ask my mom for the picture from her camera, so I'm only now getting around to posting it!
The Whole Wide World
These sugar cookies were a treat for our first Mission Possible recruitment meeting. I think it's pretty clear what they are when you look at them as a group, but the continents aren't really distinguishable if you look at them too closely!

Cookies for Grammie!
What's the best thing to do when you have some extra cookies? Give them to your biggest fan! In my case, that would be my Grammie! Doesn't the box look cute with the pink crinkle paper inside?
